In this episode of the Liberal Europe Podcast, Ricardo Silvestre (Movimento Liberal Social) talks with Carmen Descamps, European Affairs Manager at the Friedrich Naumann Foundation – European Dialogue, about the ways in which EU citizenship has evolved since its introduction into the European legal order in 1992. EU Citizenship, as a topic, has been the focus of Carmen’s research for a number of years, and she recently authored an ELF publication titled ‘To be or not to be: European Citizenship’, which was supported by FNF.
