The Swedish International Liberal Centre, SILC, is a liberal foundation that promotes democracy. SILC supports activism, by organisations and individuals,
for democracy. Silc works primarily with political parties and youth, women's and human rights' organizations as well as indipendent journalists.
The bulk of SILC's work is in totalitarian and post-totalitarian states, for instance Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cuba, Russia, Serbia and the Ukraine.
